Sept 2018 - Sept 2020
After finishing school in 2018, I joined PG Online as a data and sales administrator. Within a year, I was promoted to Commercial Developer, expanding my role to manage the company's database, provide analytics, and contribute to sales and product development. I also improved the sales process, website, and doubled PG Online's Twitter followers in a year through social media development.
Sept 2020 - May 2023
During the Covid-19 pandemic I had time to reflect on my current situation and realised that I wished to follow my passion and hopefully turn my hobby into a career. This led to me studying Computing and Software Development at the University of Plymouth where I achieved a Second Class Honours (Upper Division).
Nov 2020 - Present
While at PG Online, I gained experience in developing reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI. After leaving to pursue my studies at university, I turned this knowledge into a business, offering customised Power BI dashboards to various clients. What started as a hobby has now evolved into regular meetings with clients, both in the UK and internationally. I work directly with a diverse range of clients, from small family businesses to large multimillion-pound companies, to create effective and insightful reports.
